Someone should do a voice over for these vids, love the bit of these guys where the gives himself a little nod. inner monalouge pep talks, i do the same thing man. These guys looks better than all those roided up FAT belly bodybuilders like ..... this is a body that both men and women would respect and admire/ aspre to be like! This is true bodybuilding.. remember guys, it's NOT BELLY BUILDING!

It's hard not to come away awestruck after seeing Philip on stage. I've have had the pleasure of seeing him win two IFPA shows over the last few years. I was actually competing in both shows, and found myself more interested in watching him, then I was getting prepared for my own time on stage.
