Rusty Jeffers - The Hottest and Most Handsome Bodybuilder

Rusty Jeffers

Rusty Jeffers was once a Colt model named Carl Hardwick. Colt made vids that were marketed to gay men but all he ever did in them was get naked, pose, oil himself, and jerk off. Solo stuff. I am not sure if he let other men touch him but I don't think he did. So this and the fact that he is married suggest strongly (but not definitively) that he is indeed straight. That he did videos for a gay company just proves he doesn't mind who worships him, men or women!

What i like about Rusty is that he only takes small doses of steroids, therefore not being an absolute freak like Coleman or Cuttler. What an incredible Physique...I've always loved Jeffers' body...Very polished. Rusty is the hottest and most handsome bodybuilder around. Wish he would release a training and posing DVD for his many fans.

This is the winning moment when Rusty got his pro card at the Masters National 2004

Rusty has been a natural bodybuilder for over 10 years. He replied to a lot of similar questions before about "Steroids". Rusty said, "Don't be fooled by what you hear in the media about steroids..... The bodybuilding lifestyle is extremely healthy...."

He is hot, he’s Sexy stud!!! he now shaves his head so makes him more hotter than ever! I love his mustach and hair on this video..he looks so sexy

Guys with more size are huge. He is training hard to build an aesthetic physique not just for size. So there is no need for him to use those drugs (I mean Steroid) .Todays supplements together with diet and training can achieve such a physique. His body is balanced and symmetrical. He is training hard to build up such a body. I just don't understand why other muscular only but out-of-shape pros get more recognition in shows! The gayest bodybuilder at early years...XD. I love Rusty. He's such a cool guy.

Rusty Jeffers competed in 1991 NPC Iron Man. He got 5th in the Heavyweight Class.

Q & A : New to Bodybuilding

Q : Im new to body building but still fairly new to it. Ive been working out for a few months (5-6) now and have put on some muscle but I havent really put on any weight. Im 18 years old and about 5'8 at 167lbs. My goal is to hit 190 or 195 before i start to tone my muscles. Does anyone have any tips they could give me or any at home workouts (ive got dumbells /treadmill /punching bag) that i could do to help me get there? Ive been drinking 30g protein shakes and they help a little but i havent really noticed a differance. I bought Mass XXX (66g protein 990 calories) that i will be taking 2 servings of daily (one in the morning one at night) for a week to see if it helps. I dont do hardcore workouts so I'm thinking it might be a bit much and it will just turn to fat but like i said im new to all this and would really appreciate some help.

A : Well if you are looking to gain weight eating is key, then you have to look at what you eat as wel... dont take that mass XXX stuff that has 990 cals. take a high prteoin low carb shake... also what you said is you dont do hardcore workouts.... if your going into the gym and half ass it your gonig to go nowhere... you need to find some mtoivation and lift heavy and hard. you want to improve your health and bodybuild... we dont half ass it ourselves in the gym

7 Bodybuilding Tips For Mass & Power!

From basic movements to resting, learn the seven top tips for mass and power!

1. Eat Like A Bear

The only way you're going to move up to the top of the food chain is to eat like the top dog. In other words, to gain muscle, you need to stay in a state of energy excess. Eat everything that's not bolted down. Make sure you get at least a gram or two of protein for every pound of bodyweight and at least three to four grams of carbs. Eat quality fats like those found in flaxseed oil, olive oil, and natural peanut butter. And finally, cut out the off-season cardio, as this will only increase your calorie requirements.

2. Rely On Basic Movements

They're considered classics for a reason: they've withstood the test of time. Basic movements have cranked out more champions than you can count. You've got the bench, the squat and the deadlift. These should be a part of your arsenal. To these big three, you can add your basic barbell curls, military presses, and the like.

3. Be Tough As Nails When It Comes To Training

Yeah, yeah, yeah, you got to train heavy to grow. That's right, but don't forget to train hard with high intensity. To make muscles explode, you got to annihilate them in the gym. You can train with poundages heavier than you can handle, but if you ignore proper form, you're going to miss the target muscles you're trying to hit. As a rule of thumb, train at 60-80% of your one rep max. Or, put on enough poundage where you can only crank out 6-10 reps per set at full intensity.

4. Stack More Than Just Plates

Probably the most overlooked aspect of bodybuilding is rest. Training in the gym tears down your muscles. Sleep is that time when your body rebuilds the damaged muscles. Without enough sleep, you'll never grow like you want. So make sure you stack enough Z's at night. You'll know what your body needs. As a guide, throw out your alarm clock. When you wake up on your own, you've
slept enough.

5. Don't Overtrain

Overtraining can set you back months, even years. In terms of bodyparts, stick to training each bodypart only once a week. Like sleep, you need to make sure you give your muscles plenty of rest between each training session. In terms of sets, there's a baker's dozen and then there's a bodybuilder's dozen. For each bodypart, you should stick to twelve total sets. Again, pick a couple of basic movements, about three or four for each bodypart, and do three to four sets for each exercise. You're probably thinking this is going to be easy, but trust me, if you do the sets right, you're going to be in for a world of hurt. And if you're not, your not lifting hard enough. Finally, don't spend more than 90 minutes per training session. Anything more, and you'll run the risk of overtraining.

6. Rest At Home, Not In The Gym

You should never rest for more than two minutes between sets. In 90-120 seconds, you have just enough time to catch your breath and hit that next set with maximum intensity. Rest beyond two minutes, and you run the risk of losing your pump. Once you lose the pump, forget about it. Your training is shot.

7. Consistency & Variation

Consistency means training when you're supposed to, not making lame excuses to watch TV or head to the bar. More than any other sport, bodybuilding requires a serious level of commitment and dedication. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. So when it's leg day, you do legs. Period. Take your training like a man. While you need to be consistent when it comes to training, you should also consider adding to variety to your routine when it becomes stagnant.

Mix up the order of your exercises. Change the grip here and there. Add a few drop sets for a change. The human body is highly adaptive. Keep it guessing. ... Credits: Bodybuilding tips from www.animalpak.com
